1. Q: Why the double-sided tapes do not work?

A: Please PRESS Tapes by Hands, so that it can embed in foam!!! Then peel the back off the tape. (Please check our product video for reference. )

2. Q: Why my double-sided tapes do not enough for installation?

A: Firstly attach four corners and one in the middle of the panel and it works great!

(Note 4pcs Tapes are ok, the maximum quantity is 5, or the tapes will not enough)

Secondly please make sure you have used the tapes CORRECTLY and mount one panel first on the wall before installing all the panels.

Then check whether the tapes work? If NOT, please tell us by email, we will tell you step by step.

3. Q: How is the effect of decreasing sounds?

A: It helps to dampen sound can be used effectively to tame mid and high frequencies. But it cannot ELIMINATE/BLOCK the sound. Such as Normal Condition Music Decibel is about 75, Ordinary Enclosed Space with Acoustic Foams Music Decibel is 40-50. Please check our product video for reference.

4. Q: Why do some panels discolor after installing for a period of time?

A: Due to material and the oxidation process, discolor is a normal phenomenon. A little effect on black, red colors.

If you care about this issue, we kindly recommend you choose black/red color.

5. Q: Purchase many sets not have enough place to dry panels, what can I do?

A: You can use dryer to dry the panel and put it in a ventilated place for an hour.
